The rooms haven't been updated since the 80's.
Is there a shuttle from the ft Lauderdale airport and is there a shuttle from the port of miami?
The hotel has a shuttle to and from FLL for $9 per person. Uber was less than $13 for a carfull. If you have a lot of luggage, Uber might be tight unless you do Black Car.

For a regular self park, it's $14/day. If parking there for a cruise, pay parking attendants $10/day upfront. That's Hilton rewards & for early January.

Absolutely! Any restaurant that may be one of your favorites and then some unique to the town. Lovely area to take a stroll as well!

If you are using the Hilton Honors app, you can check in using the app and choose your check -in time, also they will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early. We arrived at 8am and they held it until we checked in at 4:30pm
